Who is responsible for your data

Dreamkid LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, owns and operates ByeBuy.ai and is responsible for personal data processed through it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, account identifier, saved routes, and the time you accepted the Terms.
• Newsletter information: your email address and subscription preference when you opt in.
• Submissions and communications: information you provide through a submit or sponsor form.
• Technical information: essential session and security information required to operate accounts and saved items. With permission, Google Analytics measures aggregate site use. Separately, ByeBuy records page-level, country-only activity for its public scorecard; it does not store IP addresses or precise location in that scorecard.

We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, payment-card information, or information from children under 13. ByeBuy.ai is not directed to children.

How and why we use information

• Accounts and saved routes: to authenticate you through a passwordless email link and maintain your collection.
• Newsletter: to send the communications you choose to receive. Every email will include an unsubscribe route.
• Site operation and security: to host, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• Submissions and sponsorship: to review your request and respond where appropriate.

Who receives information

We use service providers to host the site and data, deliver authentication, and send requested email. These may include Vercel, Supabase, and Resend when those services are active. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including security and recordkeeping needs. Saved routes remain until you remove them or delete your account. Newsletter information remains until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. California residents may have additional rights. To make a request, email us with your name, location, request, and a way to respond. We may need to verify your identity.

International visitors and changes

Dreamkid LLC is based in the United States, so information may be processed there or where approved service providers operate. Where applicable law requires it, we rely on an appropriate legal basis and transfer safeguard. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.
